Come from a Cuban musicians prestigious family, young Jesús Morales discovered marimba by the very first time at the age of six years old. Since then, musician and instrument have turned their harmonious sound into protagonist of multiple concert halls. He has lived in Mexico City since 1992.
Awarded by the Art Superior Institute of the Habana as First Level Instrumentalist Musician.
Valued as the most remarkable marimbist in Cuba, Morales received the distinction for the National Culture, the maximum prize given by the Ministry of Culture of that country.
Autor deAuthor of various musical adaptations for marimba and orchestra, from which stand out pieces of work by Bach, Paganini, Rossini, Korsakov, Lecuona, Piazzolla , among others.

Since 1997, he works as teacher and conducer of the Marimba Juvenile Orchestra of the Education General Direction (DGETI) in Mexico City.
